What we collect. Find Scooter does not collect personal information. From version 1.3 the app sends a random installation ID with its requests to our server, so we can count how many installations use the app. The ID is created on your device, is not linked to your name, email or advertising identifier, and reinstalling the app creates a new one.
Location. If you grant location permission, your device’s location is used only on-device to center the map. It is never sent off your device, never stored, and never shared.
Network requests we make. To show vehicles and zones, the app fetches:

Version 1.2 and earlier fetched the operators’ feeds directly and zones from tlv-scooters.vercel.app.Camera. The optional AR finder mode uses your camera to display a live view. The camera feed is processed only on your device, is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
These services receive standard HTTP request metadata (your IP address, User-Agent). Our server does not store IP addresses or locations; it keeps only daily request counts and a salted hash of the installation ID, for 90 days. We do not control third parties’ privacy practices; please review their respective policies.
Third-party tracking. None.
Children. The app is not directed at children under 13.
